Amy Rose VS King Dedede is the third episode of DBX, featuring Amy Rose from the Sonic The Hedgehog series and King Dedede from the Kirby series in a battle between anthropomorphic hammer-wielding video game animals.
Exhibition
The scene opens with Amy Rose entering a ring. Once she enters the lights flicker on, blinding Amy for a bit. Once she opens her eyes again she looks surprised about something. The camera then pans over the see that she's surprised about the large audience that has come to see her fight. Amy then hears a set of doors opening and she gets startled a bit before turning around to see who's entering through those doors. It's revealed to be none other than the King of Dreamland himself, King Dedede who flies into the arena before landing on his face that Amy sees with a sight of concern for her opponent. Dedede simply picks himself up through and scopes out his opponent. Dedede seems to be unable to see his opponent as he squints and believes he's seeing his long time rival Kirby in the ring.

King Dedede then prepares for combat as Amy does the same, drawing out her Piko Piko Hammer.
Amy: Okay!
The two anthropomorphic hammer users begin swinging their hammers at each other for a few seconds before their two mallets collide with each other and the two soon jump back. The King of Dreamland then proceeds the jump into the air and bring his hammer down on Sonic's number one fangirl, but he misses and tries to hit her with a few more swings and one final drop of his mallet but Amy simply dodges and jumps on the top of Dedede's hammer before kicking the Penguin in the face and smacking his hammer out of his hand with her own, before bringing her hammer down on Dedede's head, stunning him for a bit. Amy then proceeds to perform a spin dash which hits still staggered Dedede and knocks him back.
Dedede then finally gets his senses back together as a Waddle Doo shows a look of concern to the Bandanna Dee as he thinks Dedede might lose the fight. Agreeing they can't let their king lose, The Doo and Dee throw Dedede his Electric Hammer and his Mask.
Amy: Oh no!
Amy realizes that she must destroy these new artifacts that have landed in the ring, but before she can, Dedede gets the jump on her and equips his Jet Hammer and puts on his Mask. Dedede then emerges as Masked Dedede performs a rocket powered swing which he uses to knock the pink hedgehog into the air, before numerous mighty swings of the hammer and sending Amy back down to the ring and then performing another swing that sends Amy into the ropes. Before Amy has a chance to fully recuperate, Dedede pulls out a Gordo and hits it with another Mighty swing of his giant mallet. Once Amy gets her footing the Gordo completely obliterates her head, leaving it nothing more than a pile of paste and killing her right in the arena.
Suddenly, Kirby appears on the outside of the ring and sees the recently deceased Amy's corpse with a look of confusion before inhaling her corpse just off-screen. Dedede laughs in victory as he discards his mask but the newly Amy corpse empowered Kirby steps towards his life long rival. King Dedede realizes that Kirby is in the ring next to him and wasn't fighting him after all before Kirby sends him into the air with a mighty swing of Amy's Piko Piko Hammer.
