- —Joey Drew
Bendy the Demon is the main antagonist of the Bendy series. He appeared in the 66th episode and Season 3 Finale of DBX, Bendy VS Cuphead, where he fought against Cuphead from the Cuphead series.
History
Bendy is a cartoon character created by Henry Stein as the mascot of his and his friend Joey Drew's animation studio, Joey Drew Studios. He ended up being a massive success and starred in many cartoons over the course of decades. Henry eventually left the studio to spend more time with his wife, while Joey's ambitions would grow bigger and bigger. Desiring to bring his characters to life, he worked with the Gent Corporation to create the Ink Machine, which used ink to create living beings. Unfortunately, the attempt was a horrendous failure, as the newly created abomination known as the "Ink Demon" lacked a soul.
Years later, after the studio shut down due to investigations of employees being used in experiments with the Ink Machine, an old and resentful Joey would steal the machine and use it to create an alternate reality, which started as a recreation of his studio but eventually became an inky hellscape inhabited by Bendy and several other failed cartoon recreations and abominations. So any who wander into the inky depths should escape as fast as possible, lest they fall victim to Bendy and his friends.
Cameo Appearances
