Bob-ombs are antagonists from the Super Mario series. They appeared in the 190th episode of Death Battle, Bowser VS Eggman, where they, Bowser, and the rest of his army fought against Doctor Eggman and his Eggman Empire from the Sonic the Hedgehog series.
History
First seen in the dream world of Subcon, Bob-ombs are small, round bomb-like creatures that are often treated less like living things and moreso like ammunition, making them incredibly useful for the likes of Bowser and his army. One might think they are treated worse than the lowly Goomba, but in truth, they take pride in their nature, always hoping to make some type of impact. They come in a variety of forms, even having their own king, and some Bob-ombs have even assisted Mario on his adventures.

Cameo Appearances
Several Bob-ombs appear in a volcano and explode, blowing away the combatants.
The contents of one of Hercule Satan's capsules include a Bob-omb.
Wario pulls out two Bob-ombs who get inhaled by King Dedede.
As Mario and Sonic the Hedgehog race to the finish line, Mario throws a Bob-omb at him but misses, causing the Bob-omb to bounce from a ramp and hit him instead.
A Bob-omb can be seen in Bowser's airship at the start of the fight.
