Buffy Anne Summers is the main protagonist of the Buffy the Vampire Slayer series. She appeared in the 201st episode of Death Battle, Blade VS Buffy, where she fought against Blade from Marvel Comics.
History
When she was only fifteen, Buffy began dreaming of being girls fighting monsters in different time periods. She was soon approached by Merrick, who revealed her destiny as the "Chosen One" and became her first Watcher. Although they initially clashed over his intolerance of her teenage nature, the two bonded as he trained her for the battle against the vampire king Lothos. After Merrick sacrificed himself to save her, Buffy defeated Lothos and his henchmen, burning them to the ground in her high school gym, which led to her expulsion. Buffy later moved to Sunnydale after her parents' divorce, where she befriended Xander, Willow, and her new Watcher, Giles. Although she initially resisted her duties as a Slayer, Buffy became involved in the action, forming the Scooby Gang to battle the supernatural forces of evil from the Hellmouth.
