The Chosen Undead (real name unknown) is one of the main protagonists of the Dark Souls series. They[Note 1] appeared in the 173rd episode of Death Battle, Skyrim VS Dark Souls, where they fought against the Last Dragonborn from the The Elder Scrolls series.
History
Long ago, dragons ruled the world, which had become one of ruination, smoldering flame, and savage beasts with a penchant for inflicting horrific death. In these dark times, primeval elements were born, allowing for humanity to rise. It was not long before the world's factions joined together against the dragons, but their scales seemed impervious to whatever the armies threw at them. All seemed lost until the traitorous dragon Seath the Scaless revealed their secret weakness, allowing Gwyn the Sunlight Lord to craft a bolt of pure lightning powered by the Sun that tore through their scales and allowed for the dragons to be defeated. The land, now dubbed Lordran, finally seemed at peace.
But as time went on, the prosperity of the First Flame seemed to dwindle, as there was now little left but embers scattered across the kiln. This fading led to the birth of the Darksign, a sigil branding those known as the Undead. These accursed handful of humans are plagued with immortality, which meant as long as their will to live persists, they will always return from the dead to complete their mission, lest they go Hollow. As the curse of the Undead flourished, there also came a prophecy that one particular Undead would make pilgrimage to the capital of Lordran and challenge the gods themselves. This Chosen Undead would be rescued from an ancient asylum and begin their journey, but questions remained: would they link the First Flame and continue the Age of Fire? Or would they extinguish it and bring about the Age of Dark?

The Chosen Undead can be seen as a background audience member in the movie theater the fight starts in as Satoru Gojo chokes on Makima's popcorn.
The Chosen Undead appears in the plaza of the Blips and Chitz that Rick Sanchez and the Doctor wound up in partway through their fight, sharing a table with their opponent and Dimitri, with Guts' dead body standing nearby.
