We see a bunch of T-shirts, peacefully floating in a street, until everything suddenly starts to shake. From the ground, the DEATH BATTLE! T-Shirt emerges with a red aura surrounding it.
Every other shirt in existence starts to flood everything, trying to crush the DEATH BATTLE! T-Shirt under their sheer weight. However, the DEATH BATTLE! T-Shirt can be heard fighting its way through the mass of shirts until an explosion happens and the DEATH BATTLE! T-Shirt remains the only one left floating.

- This is the first Bonus episode in the series, with the next five being Vegeta VS Mewtwo?, ScrewAttack Steam Sale VS Your Wallet, The Seven Battle Royale, Excalibur VS Raiden, and Light VS Columbo.
- As part of the joke of the episode, the DEATH BATTLE! T-Shirt's victory took only 10 seconds (starting from the ground shaking from the shirt's arrival and ending at the other shirts' deaths), which made it the fastest kill in Death Battle history at the time, with Wiz even naming it as such. However, this record would eventually be surpassed by A-Train killing the Deep in The Seven Battle Royale, which is very slightly faster by 1-2 seconds (starting from Boomstick shouting "FIGHT!" and ending at the Deep's death).
- It does, however, keep the title of having the fastest victory in Death Battle history, as A-Train's kill was the start of a battle royale that lasted much longer (and also resulted in his own death).
- This is the first bonus episode in which one or two combatants do not receive any form of analysis, with the next one being Vegeta VS Mewtwo?.
