Perfect Cell is the main protagonist of the Devil Artemis Universe series. To differentiate him from the Dragon Ball character he is a direct parody of, he is commonly referred to as DevilArtemis Cell. He appeared as a co-host in an episode of DBX.
History
A foul-mouthed, perverted, and immature content creator on YouTube, Cell is a Bio-Android created by Dr. Gero's supercomputer with the primary goal of defeating Son Goku. However, after losing to Goku's son, Gohan, Cell's story took an unexpected turn from the canon timeline. After learning from Akira Toriyama that he could no longer return to Dragon Ball media aside from video games and Dragon Ball Heroes due to his defeat by Gohan — leaving him unable to make money — Cell was left unsure what to do next. It was then that he met Kermit the Frog, who encouraged him to let go of his desire for revenge and suggested that he could solve his financial woes by creating videos. Finding a new purpose in online entertainment and taking inspiration from YouTube channels like TeamFourStar, Cell and Kermit became friends, with Kermit even gifting him his signature shades.

- Cell's creator and voice actor, DevilArtemis, has animated several Death Battle episodes, some DBX episodes, every race in Death Race, and voiced Superman in Superman VS Saitama.
- Cell is the second crossover host, after Black Noir.
