Felicia is a protagonist from the Darkstalkers series. She appeared in the ninth episode of Death Battle, Felicia VS Taokaka, where she fought against Taokaka from the BlazBlue series.
History
Felicia is a member of the catwoman race, who was raised by a nun named Rose in the city of Las Vegas, Nevada. Despite fearing that Rose would reject her if her identity as a Darkstalker was exposed, Sister Rose instead embraced Felicia and accepted her as who she was. When Sister Rose passed away, Felicia decided to leave her hometown to become a music star. She knew from the start that she would be facing much prejudice and hardships, but she could not give up on her dream, remaining optimistic and hopeful as she wanted to potentially act as a bridge between humans and Darkstalkers, to give everyone hope for a peaceful co-existence. She eventually met other catpeople and Darkstalkers like herself who have become her friends and allies. She even managed to get a musical show going after she got scouted by a talent agent. At some point, she used her newly earned money to build an orphanage to help out other orphans just like Sister Rose did. But should the need arise, Felicia will often come out her 'retirement' to protect the children she harbors, friends like Jon Talbain, and even the world itself.

Felicia appeared as one of the outfit options Frank West was scrolling through from a video game arcade machine in his fight against Leon S. Kennedy during Leon Kennedy VS Frank West.
Felicia made a cameo in Terry Bogard VS Jon Talbain. She is initially pursued by Terry, who gets into a fight with fellow Darkstalker Jon Talbain. When Terry gets the upper hand on Jon, she knocks the back of Terry's head with a brick, allowing Jon to make a comeback and defeat Terry.
