Ichigo Kurosaki is the main protagonist of the Bleach series. He appeared in the 85th episode of Death Battle, Naruto VS Ichigo, where he fought against Naruto Uzumaki and Kurama from the Naruto series.
He also appeared in the 60th episode of DBX, Sasuke VS Ichigo, where he fought against Sasuke Uchiha from the Naruto series.
History
Ichigo Kurosaki was once a seemingly normal a high school student who long had the uncanny ability to see ghosts. He first discovered his gift after seeing what appeared to be a girl, which turned out to be a ravenous evil spirit called a Hollow. Ichigo almost fell into its trap had his mother not given her life to protect him. His life would take a drastic turn when he met the Soul Reaper named Rukia Kuchiki. Their meeting led to Ichigo becoming a Substitute Soul Reaper while Rukia healed and regained her strength, but it only resulted with Ichigo dealing with more than just Hollows, such as facing the Soul Society's 13 Court Squads over Rukia's actions, then the traitorous Sōsuke Aizen and his army of humanized-Hollows called Arrancars while dealing with an internal conflict of a Hollow-Zanpakutō spirit hybrid manifesting in Ichigo's being. Ichigo eventually learned the origin of his powers, though his resolve remained the same as it was when Rukia transferred her powers to him: to protect his friends and family. He has since proven a valuable ally to the Soul Society and regularly confronts spiritual threats with his blade, Zangetsu, in hand.
