Jango Fett is an antagonist from the Star Wars series. He appeared in the first episode and Season 1 Premiere of DBX, Master Chief VS Jango Fett, where he fought against Master Chief from the Halo series.

History

Hailing from the planet Concord Dawn, Jango Fett was a Mandalorian who made a name for himself by becoming a bounty hunter, quickly becoming one of the best, if not the best in the galaxy. One day, the Sith Lord Count Dooku recruited Jango to serve as the genetic foundation of an army bred on the extragalactic world of Kamino. His DNA spawned millions of clone troopers who shared his face, voice, and were trained to become soldiers. He was then told to offer said army to the galaxy's Republic to aid them in their battle against the evil Separatists. As part of his payment, Jango had an unaltered clone for himself named Boba, whom he raised as his son. Eventually, Jango's connection to the Sith was discovered and he fought against the Jedi on Geonosis, meeting his end as he was beheaded by Mace Windu. His legacy would survive not only through the clone troopers that formed the backbone of the Republic's military, but also Boba, who became a feared and respected bounty hunter like his father before him.
