King Boo is an antagonist from the Super Mario series and the main antagonist of the Luigi's Mansion series. He appeared in the 190th episode of Death Battle, Bowser VS Eggman, where he, Bowser, and the rest of his army fought against Doctor Eggman and his Eggman Empire from the Sonic the Hedgehog series.
History
King Boo is the king of all Boos and other general ghosts. One of the scariest specters to ever roam the Mushroom Kingdom, he possesses a variety of unique powers that most of his cohorts lack, which he put to good use when he accomplished something even Bowser had yet to do: capture Mario. He attempted to do the same with Luigi, luring him into a haunted mansion filled with ghosts. However, with the help of paranormal scientist Professor E. Gadd and his handy-dandy Poltergust, Luigi was able to defeat King Boo and save his brother. Since that humiliating defeat, King Boo became somewhat of an arch-enemy to Luigi, creating several schemes to scare him into defeat and repeatedly capturing Mario. But no matter what paranormal pursuits he has in store, it doesn't matter who gets called in to deal with him; King Boo will make their lives a literal living nightmare all the same.
