The Koopa Troop is an organization from the Super Mario series. It appeared in the 190th episode of Death Battle, Bowser VS Eggman, where it consisted of Goombas, Koopa Troopas, Bob-ombs, Shy Guys, Boos, Spinies, Buzzy Beetles, Hammer Bros., Dry Bones, Chargin' Chucks, Chain Chomps, Bullet Bills, Thwomps, Broggy, Corporal Paraplonk, Private Goomp, Sergeant Guy, the Koopa General, Goomboss, King Bob-omb, King Boo, Kamek, and Bowser Jr., and with Bowser, fought against Doctor Eggman and his Eggman Empire from the Sonic the Hedgehog series.
History
The people of the Mushroom Kingdom know all too well the terror of the Koopa King Bowser, whose dastardly attempts to kidnap their beloved Princess Peach are practically tradition at this point. But while his monstrous power is already enough to make himself a force to be reckoned with, Bowser doesn't exactly want to do all the dirty work himself. So at his beck and call is the relentless Koopa Troop, their vast legions filled with endless swarms of all manner of living fauna and flora. Don't underestimate them — for what the common Goombas and Koopas that fill their ranks may lack in strength, they make up for in sheer numbers. But the Koopa King doesn't align himself with just cannon fodder alone. His royal advisor, Kamek, keeps everything in line with his magical prowess, and he's no stranger to allying himself with other powerful kings, either. So for any heroic plumbers thinking about taking down Bowser, then good luck even making it to him, because let's just say the journey will require a lot of jumping.
