Link is the main protagonist of the The Legend of Zelda series. He appeared in the 22nd episode of Death Battle, Link VS Cloud, as well as the revisit in the 147th episode, where he fought against Cloud Strife from the Final Fantasy series.
History
Descended from the Godess' chosen hero, the green-clad swordsman known as Link has had the blood of the Hero running through his veins for over 10 generations, reincarnating to face whatever great evil is facing the kingdom of Hyrule. While his origins vary with each incarnation, they all share a few common characteristics such as humble origins, like a goat herder, a child of the forest, a knight trainee, a train conductor, etc. Bearing the Triforce of Courage and the Master Sword, the Blade of Evil's Bane, Link will always be around in some form to have someone to protect and a wicked force to face.

The Hero of Time incarnation of Link can be seen within one of the crystals in the Crack of Time, where Xeno Trunks tried to finish off Archie Silver near the end of Trunks VS Silver.
