History
Misaka Mikoto was born into a world where espers are surprisingly common, and she was no exception. Possessing special electromagnetic abilities, she quickly established herself as a child prodigy, beginning as a Level 1 esper and working her way up to a Level 5. Misaka grew to be quite cocky in her talents, but that all would change when she met a boy who could not be harmed no matter how hard she tried. To make matters worse, she had discovered tens of thousands of clones of herself created by scientists that she donated blood to years ago, whom she initially thought were going to use it to cure life-threatening diseases. But despite all her setbacks, Misaka continues to work hard and get stronger, as well prove as her desire to do something for the greater good.
