Nidoking are creatures from the Pokémon series. One appeared in the 80th episode of DBX, Lucario VS Blaziken, where it, Serena, Blaziken, and Weavile fought against fellow Pokémon team Lucario and Butterfree.
History
Nidoking is a Poison/Ground-type Pokémon stemming from the male Nidoran line, evolving from Nidorino after being exposed to a Moon Stone. They are large, bipedal, purple mammalian Pokémon with distinct reptilian features, with a long horn on its head in particular is sharp and highly venomous, along with a tail capable of toppling a metal transmission tower. In the wild, it uses this tail to smash, constrict, or break the bones of its prey and enemies, as well possessing a steel-like hide that adds to its powerful tackle. And it has been said to have horns so hard, they can pierce a diamond. With such power and one sturdy body, Nidoking has become quite an asset to many Trainers, such as Gym Leader Giovanni and Ash Ketchum's rival, Gary Oak.
