Ruby Rose is the main protagonist of the RWBY series. She will appear in an upcoming episode of Death Battle, Ruby VS Maka, where she will fight against Maka Albarn and Soul Evans from the Soul Eater series.

She also appeared in the 64th episode of DBX, Ruby Rose VS Ragna the Bloodedge, where she fought against Ragna the Bloodedge from the BlazBlue series.

History

When Ruby Rose was a young child, her older sister Yang told her bedtime stories about acts of great heroism and similar adventures that would fuel her desire to become a Huntress, which was even further fueled after she and her sister were saved by their hero legend of an uncle, Qrow Branwen, who would later teach Ruby how to use her self-built sniper scythe, Crescent Rose. After an incident with the notorious criminal Roman Torchwick, the headmaster of Beacon Academy, Professor Ozpin, noticed her skill and let her enroll in the academy two years early. After an adventure in the dangerous wilderness of the Emerald Forest, Ruby was chosen to become the leader of Team RWBY, consisting of her, Weiss Schnee, Blake Belladonna, and her sister, Yang Xiao Long.
