Ami Mizuno, also known as Sailor Mercury, is one of the main protagonists of the Sailor Moon series. She appeared in the 93rd episode of DBX, Sailor Mercury VS Blue Ranger, where she fought against the Blue Ranger from the Power Rangers series.
History
Ami Mizuno was an only child who lived with her mother Saeko, a respected doctor, and her father, a painter. However, her parents would undergo a divorce, leaving Ami in her mother's custody while her father would become a travelling artist. Ami longed to become a doctor like her mother and grew to be a very intelligent girl to the point of becoming a national genius. Unfortunately, her peers would become envious of her and mistake her shy demeanor for snobbiness, assuming she thought she was too good to associate with them. This alienation would cause her to live a very lonely life. Eventually, she ended up becoming friends with Usagi Tsukino. One day, she learned she was the Sailor Guardian, Sailor Mercury, a magical girl with the power to vanquish evil. Using her newfound powers, she worked alongside Usagi to defeat a monster named Garoben, finding out Usagi was a fellow Guardian, Sailor Moon, in the process. From that point on, Ami would be a lot less lonely, as she would fight alongside the rest of her Guardians to defeat the forces of evil.

Footage of Sailor Mercury's DBX against the Blue Ranger can be seen on the "DBX Arcade Battle" arcade machine in the Blips and Chitz that Rick Sanchez and The Doctor wound up in partway through their fight.
