Sun Wukong VS Kim Wu is a scrapped episode of DBX, featuring Sun Wukong from the RWBY series and Kim Wu from the Killer Instinct series in a battle between nunchucks masters. Sun Wukong was voiced by Michael Jones and Kim Wu was voiced by a currently uncredited voice actor.

- The connections between Sun Wukong and Kim Wu are that they are both martial artists who are masters of nunchucks and are themed around Chinese culture.
- A sneak peek of a pre-rendered version of this fight was shown off at Rooster Teeth Extra Life 2017.[1] However, the final episode was scrapped and never released due to multiple reasons, including rendering issues.[2]
- Based on the time of the sneak peek's reveal, this likely would have been a Season 2 episode.
- Despite this, this episode interestingly does not use the "HERE WE GOOO!" fight announcement that was standard at the time, and instead uses the Death Battle Season 3 "FIGHT!" sound effect alongside a unique graphic.
- This episode was stated to be a passion project of animator Torrian Crawford, with Kim being his favorite Killer Instinct character.
