- —Superboy
Kon-El/Conner Kent, also known as Superboy, is a superhero from DC Comics. He appeared in the 67th episode and Season 4 of DBX, Gohan VS Superboy, where he fought against Teen Gohan from the Dragon Ball series.
History
In the wake of Superman's apparent death at the hands of the monster Doomsday, several different superheroes began to appear to try and take up his mantle. Among these contenders, Kon-El appeared with the name "Superboy". However, he was not a Kryptonian like his predecessor. Instead, he was created as a genetic clone of both Superman and his archenemy Lex Luthor as a part of Project Cadmus, making him half-human, half-Kryptonian. Eventually, once Superman returned to life, the young clone became Superman's ally and even a family member of sorts. Superboy has worked with plenty of superheroes during his career as a hero, but he is most well known for his time with the teenage superhero team, Young Justice. But even when flying solo, Superboy has proven that he is just as good as the original.
