- —Unicron
Unicron is one of the main antagonists of the Transformers series. He appeared in the 187th episode and Season 10 Finale of Death Battle, Galactus VS Unicron, where he fought against Galactus from Marvel Comics.
History
Long ago, before the beginning of time, there was Unicron. Created by a formless primordial being known as the One, Unicron was meant to explore the newly forming cosmos. But instead, he chose to consume everything in sight. To remedy this, the One split Unicron in half, with his other half becoming Primus, the embodiment of life and creation, contrasting Unicron's desire for death and destruction. The two became eternal archenemies and their hate spilled over in an unending war until they were each imprisoned in their own planetoids. While Primus became the shell of Cybertron, home to all Transformer-kind, Unicron shaped his prison to become his new vessel and learned how to transform it at will. His massive form is powered by the consumption of planets, moons, stars, and even the very fabric of existence. However, he is no mere destroyer; he embodies evil and chaos itself and transcends the entire multiverse. And no matter who or what stands in his way, Unicron will stop at nothing until he has become the living center of a swirling, infinite torrent of nothingness at the end of all things.
