Vegeta and Son Goku, collectively known as Vegito, are a protagonist from the Dragon Ball series. He appeared in the 171st episode and Season 9 Finale of Death Battle, Gogeta VS Vegito, where he fought against fellow Saiyan fusion Gogeta.
He also appeared in the 87th episode and Season 6 Premiere of DBX, Vegito VS Gogeta, where he fought against fellow Saiyan fusion Gogeta.
History
When the alien Majin Buu became the more dangerous and superior Super Buu, the fate of the world was put in great danger. This new being was so powerful that not even Earth's strongest defenders Son Goku and Vegeta stood a chance, with the former already dead and the latter having sacrificed himself in an unsuccessful attempt to destroy the inferior Buu. In order to defeat Buu, the Elder Kai gave his life to resurrect Goku, as well as a pair of Potara earrings, which would allow the two people who wore them to fuse into a single, stronger being. When both Goku and Vegeta returned home, the two rivals put aside their differences and used the earrings to fuse and become Vegito, who has the confidence and fighting skill of Goku, along with the ego and strategic mind of Vegeta.
