Wallace Rudolph "Wally" West II, also known as The Flash (originally Kid Flash), is a superhero from DC Comics. He appeared in the 132nd episode of Death Battle, Flash VS Sonic, where he fought against Archie Sonic from the Sonic the Hedgehog series.

History

Wally West was a lot of things, including the nephew of Barry Allen's girlfriend and president of the Flash Fanclub. But one fateful day would change his life forever. In a freak accident at the Central City Police Department, Wally was struck by lightning and doused in the same chemicals as Barry had long ago and gained the ability to run at supersonic speeds just like his uncle. Following in his uncle's footsteps, Wally would become the superhero "Kid Flash", and become the Flash's sidekick. However, Wally would have to step up after Barry supposedly gave his life to save the world and infinite others. He then took up the crimson costume himself and became the new Flash, becoming even faster than his predecessor.
