- As stated in the descriptions of his behind-the-scenes "ALL MY SHOTS!" videos he releases on his YouTube channel, Zack uses Adobe Animate, Adobe Creative Cloud, After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Paint.NET, and Aseprite for creating his animations.
- Zack is a big fan of the MMORPG game MapleStory, having made unofficial animations that utilize similar stylized pixel assets that resemble the game's visuals on his YouTube channel before joining the Death Battle team.
- He has also added easter egg references to the game for fights that he animated for, such as Hercule Satan VS Dan Hibiki and Green Arrow VS Hawkeye.
- Zack has made a few cameo appearances in Death Battle:
- In Bill Cipher VS Discord, a pony version of him can be seen floating around in the background during the revolving scene of Bill Cipher firing lasers at Discord.
- In Rick Sanchez VS The Doctor, said pony version of him can be seen on the side of the "Cameo Drop" arcade cabinet in the Blips and Chitz that Rick Sanchez and the Doctor wound up in partway through their fight.
- Prior to voicing Bowser in Bowser VS Eggman, Zack had previously animated him in One Minute Melee's own Bowser VS Dr. Eggman and its follow up, Bowser VS Mecha Sonic.
- Zack is in a relationship with fellow Death Battle animator Sorya Tith.
